Relativity Reporting
RM/Relativity and RM/InfoExpress provide live access to the information held on a UNIX System from your desktop PC. The user can readily access all of the information held in the Rensoft Ledger Systems using Microsoft products such as Word, Excel and Access or other leading PC products, such as Lotus. The information can be presented using the flexible and powerful facilities available in these products.

- Design your own reports and charts, create screen enquiry facilities and preform as-hoc queries

MIS
Written in MS-ACCESS, this system uses data from the operational and accounting systems using Relativity. This system currently supports Job Costing only but the other modules will come on-line in the very near future. The system runs from the users desktop, in a browser. In case you have no firewall in place to prevent unauthorized Internet access we have also devised an Intranet Browser, thus preventing the user from accessing the world wide web. We have devised thirty standard reports. These reports can be output to Printer, Print Preview, comma separated file (CSV), Excel, HTML and HTML/XML.
Quarterly updates of new reports will be emailed to you automatically. Workshop training courses are being devised to enable us to help you design our specific intranet pages.
IFCSUM
SREP - Sales Performance Reporting
- Collates data from Air Exports, Air Imports, Ocean Exports, Ocean Imports.
- Data is based on a sales rep code stored against a customer in the sales ledger system.
- Intranet enabled.
WAP
- Output of data from, for example, the Air Export freight rates to a WAP enabled mobile phone.
Credit Control
- Based on sales ledger data, generate and send credit control letters, faxes and emails from your PC.
- Three levels of severity of letter, fax or email.
- History tracking of documents sent
- Intranet enabled.
- User definable letters. Logos and signatures can be added.
- Call monitoring / notes.
- Schedule meetings to Microsoft Outlook.
- Monitor and change credit limits from a desktop application.
- Check and change 'In Dispute' flag.
- Store email addresses and fax numbers on sales ledger records.
- Selection criteria based on customer account range or sales rep code.
- Statement print /fax/email from PC
