We can provide assistance in helping you resolve your IT requirements. From Network Topography to Data Cabling, Software design and Telephony, we have the skills to help you identify your requirements. We will provide you with viable options to consider. We will appoint a project manager to ensure that your requirements are fulfilled.

Networking

Our experienced technicians can provide the following services:

• Networking - All forms of Ethernet, Wireless and Fibre Optic. Full network design service available.
• Network printing - preconfigured print servers for ease of installation.
• VPN - Site to site and remote client access.
• Routers - We are Authorised Cisco Resellers and our technicians are qualified installers of Cisco routers.
• Full structured cabling
• Networking and cabling hardware - free standing, wall and racked cabinets, patch leads.
• Telephony - We are authorised resellers of BT products and services, from a standard PSTN line to ISDN, Kilostream, Frame Relay and ADSL.
• We can supply, install and configure a range of switchboards and handsets, utilising either new or existing structured cabling, including voice over IP enabled switchboards.

Installation

We can provide installation and implementation of all of your IT requirements. Our team of experienced Customer Services staff are conversant with all aspects of our business and will endeavour to assist you whatever the issue is. All PC's and servers are tested before leaving our offices. They will be delivered to your door either by a renowned parcel carrier or by ourselves.

Moving office? We can provide teams to project manage your IT requirements. These include; all of your telephony requirements, data cabling, trunking (dado and conventional), wiring cabinets and patch leads. We will also provide you with a site guide to the patching of your network infrastructure.

Software upgrades? We can provide installation teams to install standard desktop software, such as Microsoft Office components.

Training

We can provide classroom style training, either at our offices or on site. However, our preferred method for training is to be on site alongside the user.

Training on our core products is a must, to ensure appropriate use of the software. Although modular by design, each module has many 'switches'. By sitting with the user during the setup procedure we can advise of the usage and implications of each setting in each system module.
