Rensoft offer several methods of support; via telephone, email, remote access (PC and Unix) and on-site. We are happy to tailor a support package suitable to your IT needs. We provide four levels of support services, Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. These contracts are designed not only to address potential problems but to also deal with many other aspects of the system, such as basic sytem administration and printer management.
